Samples are drawn during different stages of processing and milling on reqular intervals of one hour and are tested in the laboratory to constantly monitor the uniformity in whiteness degree, moisture contents, average grain length, broken percentage and colour.

These different reports are fed to the computer and can be provided to the customers on demand.
